Basement hooks challenges in past tomes

I've been trying to complete the challenges of past tomes but there are problems in every past tome when it comes to hooking in the basement. Every challenge I've tried to complete (in tome I, II, III & IV) that involved hooking in the basement, with especific perks or no perks, it's not registering the hooks. I've tried changing the killer but still doesn't count them.

I'm playing on PS4.
