Text error or bug regarding Oni loading screen tip

I recently noticed that one of the loading screen tips for the Oni says "As soon as your power gauge is full, you can no longer see Blood Orbs or absorb them."
However once the power bar is full you can still see the orbs. I'm not sure if this is outdated info for the tip or if it's a bug and the Oni isn't supposed to see the orbs when their power is ready to use.
