Huntress should have an ultra rare that removes her lullaby
I think this would be sick. Her lullaby is what gets survivors on edge & hiding in the first place. But now she should be able to have an add on that mutes it, giving her the opportunity to sneak up on unsuspecting survivors. It could have the downside of a slightly increased TR, but nothing too crazy that would defeat the purpose of a Huntress that can get close without people noticing. Thoughts?

I am not sure Anna's backstory and childhood trauma should be retconned because someone used an add-on.

Ah no
Maybe make it not directional, but not off.

The lullaby is already not directional

I missed a change?

Instead of completely removing it how about she hums while in a chase.
If having a small TR is too much as a ranged killer which i personally think it's not especially if you use a UR addon they could just increase her TR to 28 meters when using this addon.

it was changed a long time ago to be nondirectional.

Its not in the patch notes. I'll just have to test it because I don't remember it being changed.

it was changed a REALLY long time ago, i promise you it is no longer directional.

It’s called play deathslinger

Probably so, trust but verify, and when I say Patch note I mean all patch notes.

Had the same idea, but not a "Equip to delete lullaby". Basically, hit someone with hatchet, it turns off for a bit

might have been a shadow buff then, I thought for sure it was announced in some way tho but i might have just seen it on a forum.

why not an addon that makes it global?

Whatever people say, I prefer remove Iri hatchet to no humming Huntress.

It's been like that for a long time now, since 3.0.1

I would instead like an addon that worked more like the Bone Clapper, it makes her lullaby mapwide. Maybe a new addon with her pass, some kind of wooden flute.

Yea that got changed like June 2020or 2019

Are we really using lore reasons on whether to justify changes. lol, if that were the case perks like Ruin or MoM would not have been reworked.

Was changed before I even stopped playing, which was almost a year ago.
Also a big HELL NO to that add-on idea.

You can still call her distance as her humming is getting louder when she comes closer. So yes, making it nondirectional was a good change back then. But if you're like on a gen in a corner of a map you can pretty much pinpoint her location even without watching for her. That's why it is more scary to work on a gen in the middle of a map vs. huntress and you start to hear her humming... You better need to find out where she is asap in this situation.

Her lullaby is fine she neet to be a 115% killer

Most annoying crap ever tbh.

That sounds really cool, I agree should bring her terror radius up with it because Im not sure but I think her actually terror it's 16m so if that got paired with M+A that could be pretty strong with her sneaking up and launching a hatchet at a survivor.

I also posted this idea the other week. Some suggestions from people were that the lullaby radius could be decreased each hatchet you have used, and resets on a reload.
E.g.
5 hatchets left = 40m lullaby
4 hatchets = 35
3 = 30
2 = 25
1 = essentially no lullaby as it meets the terror radius
If you have extra hatchet add ons the numbers would be adjusted but basically the lullaby radius should equal your TR when you are almost needing to reload

I really don't think that the Lullaby needs to be decreased, for one reason it's in her Lore - part of her story, and for another she's not a stealth killer and not designed to be. A ranged killer with no warning like that would really not be a healthy addition to the game imo.

Considering that M&A Deathslinger is hated so much i agree with you
4 -
Was thinking the exact same thing lol.

Deathslinger 🤔
5 -
M and A deathslinger with both addons can go down to like 6 meters.

Perks changes have nothing to do with a character's backstory. Apples and oranges.

Kind of like deathslinger?
