Aftercare Animation Visual Bug

I'm not entirely sure what's going on here. But it seems like whoever I'm bound with on Aftercare aura, their grab, hit, crawl, and death animation is also bound to mine.
This happens frequently, and on matches where I'm running Aftercare, or if someone else is running Aftercare.

First screenshot, I'm repairing a generator, while my Aftercare teammate is being hooked across the map. I'm also getting the hooked animation.
Second screenshot, I'm getting mori'd while the teammate who has the Aftercare perk is getting heal across the map. They too are getting the mori'd animation done on them, choked out on the floor.
