Survivors in repair animation but not actually repairing

Survivors sometimes get into the repair animation but are not actually repairing. The person who is the survivor repairing will see a status bar for the generator and go into animation but on other survivor's screens they are just standing there. My survivor was stuck in animation on the gen and i could rotate her around when I was turning and I could still move around on screen and it only went back to normal when I jumped through a window.
