Impossible to cleanse totem

I've found a totem on a map with a combine harvester. The totem is tucked away between the combine and one of the big tires and it's impossible to cleanse it as you don't get the option. The map was Rancid Abattoir although I imagine it would be the same with any map on the Coldwind realm
I tried to cleanse it from a few angles and never once got the prompt.
