If you could make a "fallout" trait style perk with a trade off, what would you create?

In early fallout games whilst charecter building, you could add perk style traits to your charecter that completely changed how they played, giving both benefits and detriments to the player charecter.

What are some spicy perk idea's that could completely change the way matches are played out, for both sides?

Survivors actually have the closest thing in the game to this at this point : No mither, something that can make the game more challenging, but also potentially give you a giant boon. though killers have addons that usually take away from them in some cases, the mirror addons for myers are also a good example - only in perk form. things that don't neccissarily buff players, but change the game.

A survivor style version of this perk could look like : you are inflicted with the oblivious and blindness status effects permanently (tracking perks like spine chill could also be disabled), but all of your actions have a 15% increase to speed. (Better resilience with a downside)

Basically, this is what OoO should be. A bane and boon of equal parts. Survivors with OoO should a) Only be able to use it if they ARE the obsession, b)Be unable to see the aura's of Killer's currently under the undetectable status effect, and c) only have it active if the Killer is also looking directly at them.

As it stands you can just see the killer whenever and not even have to be the obsession.

Strange, considering i was playing shrouded ghostface and some one was actively using it to emote and teabag at me from across the map.

The perk lights up when it's active. Against Undetectable killers it basically becomes a superior Spine Chill with the trade-off of showing your aura.

I once made a set of perks for a Don't Starve concept I once thought of. One of those perks fits the topic :

    Nightfall

Your previous experiences with the dark has given you extensive knowledge about it

You start the match with 2 tokens

While in a chase, consume a token to stop the creation of scratch marks and pools of blood for 20/25/30 seconds

You become Oblivious during that period

Gain a token up to a maximum of 4/5/6 tokens by standing in the killer’s terror radius for 20/18/16 seconds without being in a chase

“It’s getting late, it will be dark soon” ~Wilson P. Higgsbury

Basically you become stealthy at the cost of losing the ability of discerning where the killer is, just like nightfall. The reason why I didn't tie the activation with distance to the killer is because you can end up using it to discern if the killer is near you. I don't tie it with terror radius either because then jumpscare Myers will make this perk unusable.

+ You are healed Tremendously faster.

    - Always bleeding and making pain sounds.

In Fallout trait style you can get perks to balance this out like Iron Will but that take up other options.
