Perks no showing up
Im sorry if this doesn’t go here but i need help trying to get one of my perks to show up on by blood web. I,ve been using feng min to have all my perks at once and i have everone that is teachable unlokced and leveled up except for boil over that i bought through the shrine. I shows the check mark to show that i bought it but it hasnt shown up on any of my characters blood wed an i want to know why it hasn’t shown up yet and ot the only perk that it has happend to even though i had perchased many other perks from the shrine.

Whether a perk appears in someone's bloodweb is subject to RNG.

Thats the thing there are no more perks showing up and im at level 50 and boil over still hasnt shown up. like i own every available perk i can get except that one

That's a bug then, you should probably post in the corresponding sub-forum then.
What you could possibly try is unlocking the Perk from the character in an attempt to fix it.
