Just minor tweaks to the DS changes

Make it deactivate on a full heal and using an exit gate.
Remove the skill check and make it activate on m2.
Pause the timer on being downed.
Remove the single activation per match.

Interesting changes. I definitely don't its exactly perfect the way it was changed for now
