mechanic idea: destroying chests?

i was thinking about dbd and killers after the ds and object changes announced and people still complained about keys. what if killers actually could destroy the chests with idk, pallet breaking animations? it could be something like what totems are for survivors.

it would damage the chest builds for survivors but hey, killers already lose their perk slots if their hex totems are broken.

    It'd be great if the basement chest was the "Killer's" Chest, and if he manages to search it before survivors can, he gets an extra addon added to his inventory post-trial.
