How will the new HUD affect your gameplay?

Most people agree that the new HUD is a large step down from the one we currently have and question why the change was done in the first place, however in the recent Q&A dev stream they said that they would address our concerns over time, implying that the new HUD will in fact be coming to live servers in the next update.

If the new HUD were to come to live servers in the next update how would it affect your gameplay? Would you be dissatisfied but continue playing? Will you drop the game entirely until it is fixed? Or maybe you think the new HUD isn't so bad in the first place, just curious what people think about it.

I personally have been taking a break from the game for the first time in a while, I was very dissatisfied with the most recent chapter and the announcement of the new HUD has put me off a lot due to how terrible I think it looks. I have used it in the PTB and it turned out even worse then I thought it would be, the addition of the new HUD detracts from my experience so much that I personally will not be playing the game at all until it is either reverted or other customization options become available to make it at least tolerable. This is truly one of my favorite games and I don't like the fact that I'm not playing it as much anymore, but this new HUD is such a blatantly terrible change that no one asked for that I can not continue supporting or enjoying the game while it exists.

    Honestly i don't know, i didn't play the ptb but i really don't care about the change.

    It will depend, once i try it. If it is as bad as I suspect I will play more killer where the hud is largely irrelevant. Scattering the relevant information to the 4 corners of the universe will slow my ability to get useful info out of the UI at all

    It will not affect it a whole lot, but it is pretty inconvenient how I have to look all around the screen for information that could all be shown in the bottom left corner.
