Infinite loading screen again?

So i have now been waiting for over 15 minutes for this to end? I cant leave otherwise i will get a time out. Its quite silly really, hopefully this doesn't happen often!

    That's something I've not seen happening for quite some time and have not seen any other reports of it, if its something that continues to happen for you, please upload your logs here.

    1. Press Windows Key + R to bring up "Run". 

    2. Type this in the "Run" prompt: %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\DeadByDaylight\Saved\Logs 

    3. The file called "DeadByDaylight.log" is your log file.

    I'm having the same issue currently on my switch. After the opening animation It doesn't load at all it just freezes on the loading screen

    @Sholzi fully shut down the switch fixes that issue. Not just put it on standby, but full shut down. It's a different issue than what is being discussed here, so if you're still having that issue, please make a new thread in the Technical Sub Forum.
