Glitch Crossplay Off

My friend and I had found a bug to bring pc/PS4/Xbox players in without cross switch.
(You just have to invite the concerned players at the same time, and have the crossplay disabled during the invitations)
I hope this bug will be fixed soon!
And is it Bannable if someone uses it often (without sharing it with people of course)?
