Yea but also if they leave the area for 20s a gen can be 85% so I dont blame them for not committing for cross map chases

The developers need to make 3 changes to prevent game hostage situations

    1) Survivors losing collision with killers after touching them for X seconds(Prevents bodyblocking situations)

2)Reveal survivor auras after no survivor touches a generator for X minuites (Prevents hiding situations)

3)Have a maximum regression threshold for each generator (This prevents a killer from Holding a 3 Gen and out regressing survivors)

4)Iron grasp also need to be changed as you can just keep picking the last survivor up and making them wiggle off into the basement stairs and downing them as soon as you recover

As people said, it's not holding the game hostage, but I wanted to say that some of my funnest matches were when we my team 3 gen'd. That might sound weird and sounds tedious and boring, but it was intense and was just...fun. It involved us randoms working together to escape and it was different than usual. A Killer is supposed to keep Survivors from doing gens, so patrolling the gens is part of the game. I'm sorry you had to deal with those people.

When killers do anything it's a strategy.

When survivors do anything it's every bad word under the sun.

Anything bad that happens in this game is the survivor's fault. Now you have your validation.

It's holding the game hostage if you don't try to chase anyone to down them and just patrol the generators. And it mostly just is a Legion/Slinger thing.

It's called a win condition. The survivors were so adamant about doing their objective, they got themselves 3-genned, which is a situation easily overcome if the survivors just play a little smart.

Well duh. But I'm tired of survivors saying 3-genning is "unbeatable" and stuff.

No, but the survivors refusing to do anything for several minutes when there's only a few gens left is.
