Matchmaking still needs a lot of help

Why does matchmaking continously matchmake w ppl that dont understand its a team game and dont play w any sense of altruism lol would love my teammates to be as intelligent and not 2 ppl farming 1 generator together when yall both stage 1 and forcing the other person on last life to get the unhook on someone thats also on stage 2, Especially when im rank 12 and my partner is rank 6 (i dont play as often) and we getting matched up with ppl that are rank 4 survivors and against rank 2 killer and we the ones with brains lol. Seriously would love the help for my mental state dbd, thanks.
