What ideas do you have for cross killer add-ons?

Essentially I'm talking about add-ons that reference other killers such as Blight's Plague Bile. Here's one of my ideas :
Herman's Mixtape
A mixtape which recorded bass boosted noises of The Doctor's victim being tortured. The Legion members found this funny for unknown reasons
Hitting a survivor highlighted by Killer Instinct causes them to progress one Madness state
Any ideas like this?
