Let Clown Hold The Antidote Bottles to Remove Its Inactive Time
Currently after throwing an Antidote bottle the cloud stays inactive for 2.5 seconds and then stays active for 7.5 seconds.
In a catch up scenario the Antidote bottle only helps if the survivor and the killer will be running in a straight line for like 15-20 meters, if Clown were to catch up or the survivor took a turn before that the Antidote would be pretty useless which makes them tile and map dependent. It would be a nice buff to let Clown hold the Antidote bottles in his hand before throwing and decrease the 2.5 second inactive time for however long he has been holding them. This would still mean he has to wait 2.5 seconds to get his speed boost but now it can be more efficiently used around corners. In return he would not be able to use his Tonics in that 2.5 seconds since he is holding another bottle.
