Hook counter (for Killers? Where?)

Seriously I don't really get the update on Hook counters. Why are they ONLY for SURVIVORS. For Killers it's way more important to know how many times I have hooked a Survivor already to know firstly not to tunnel that one Survivor after he/she got hooked onced (or recently), therefore not eating his/her DS and also to know at the end game to know which Survivor I could kill when it's getting tense like opening gates to secure the kill. For Survivors this information is also important, but in my opinion it's way more important for Killers...especially because we already have got the "anti-tunneling perk" DS in the game. So why doesn't Behaviour give this Hook counter also to Killers. It would take so much pressure off of Killers especially at the beginning and end of a match. Plus it would prevend Killers from tunneling even more like by accident. I have for example already tunneled Survivors by accident because I couldn't remember if I have hooked this one Survivor already previously and this Survivor just ran into my arms occassionally. So where's the Killers Hook counter?! I don't really need a general Hook counter that should display my overall hook performance, but instead give me detailed information in the very special situation. If I kill all four Survivors then I know I have got a perfect score of 12 hooks. I don't need a display for that, but I need a display on how many times I have already hooked a certain person. :/

Been discussing this for a while, the dev's comment on it was "the concern we have is this would encourage tunneling a bit too much" which seems completely illogical to me considering if a killer is going to tunnel they'll still do exactly what they do now and go back to the hook as soon as the survivor is unhooked and only chase them with no need for the counter.

    My thoughts were exactly this.

I've needed info on bow many hooks people have had multiple times, yet I never know.

Dying Light already does what this counter does, and a little more on top of it.

As a result, I'll NEVER use it for any reason whatsoever. It just doesn't mean anything to me.

Information is good. Clutter is not. The new UI is clutter. I don't need a hook counter to help me feel good about my match progress. It's more in the way than helpfull.

well my memory isn't great due to health issues and i can't remember everybody who I have just hooked not even who I have recently hooked. For me this information is crucial and I guess for every other killer who can't remember that or is still new to the game this information would be of need. Furthermore if I want to tunnel I will just tunnel no matter what. I would just eat the DS and still go after this person if tunneling was my intention, but the lack of this information gives me no opportunity than tunneling sometimes because as stated I forgot who I have hooked pretty easily. I wasn't really talking about the general hook counter because I know if I killed only 1 survivor, 2 survivor or if I killed 3 or 4 survivors how good my overall performance was hook-wise at least.

If I had the information though if I hooked this person just some seconds ago then I wouldn't tunnel this person thus DS would be of no need anymore in the game...at least not as it is now that almost every survivor has it equipped. So if for example there are two claudettes who look exactly the same you couldn't even know which of the two the claudettes was I hooked recently. Still I can't remember who I hooked though until they die on hook. In my opinion it wouldn't encourage tunneling because I have information about whom I have hooked and who not. Every player playing this game should know that if I tunneled all four survivors one after the other my game would be over in like 5 minutes. That's not many bloodpoints and considering how long it sometimes take to find matches I would take longer in queues than in a match. I doubt people would be looking forward for that.

Plus I could also just work around the DS like keeping the person on the ground bleeding and watch like this person dies on the ground just because I fear DS. I don't really think this would be more fun for survivors keeping everybody slugged on the ground until they die. So having this information on who I have just hooked previously and then go for a different person would give me freedom to choose as a killer because the lack of this information doesn't prevent killers from tunneling. Killers can still tunnel if they want to without this information. So that's no valid statement against this information in my opinion.
