Lost Skins/Cosmetics

So, yesterday I thought it would be a terrific idea to make a Behaviour account and Link it to Steam. I then lost Cells, Shards, and Blood Points. Well reading forums and FAQ before doing what I did next I Unlinked the Behaviour account reading that it would go back to the way it was before.

BUT I lost ALL of my skins/cosmetics and the Cells, Shards and Blood Points did not return. I am at a loss. I did submit a customer support ticket and they did reply back yesterday with a poor response.

NOW I do not care if I do not get back the Cells, Shards or Blood points I can earn those back. I just want the skins/cosmetics back. I’ve been playing this game for less than a year and I’ve put 1,232 hours into this game. AND with the Tome that came out today, New skins and that Rockabilly Collection. UGH!!! I feel so screwed!

Any suggestions? Assistance on which direction in need to take next? Who else I should try to contact?
