Survivor Stuck in Killer

Platform: PC (but pretty sure it's universal)
Description: Survivors will get stuck in the killer when the survivor pallet stuns a killer on the same side as the survivor. The survivor is unable to move until the killer has downed the survivor.
Steps:
1) Go onto a pallet (as a survivor) and have the killer on the same side as you (could be done by having the killer walking back into the survivor)
2) Have the survivor throw down the pallet
3) Now, you're stuck in the killer or survivor
How often does this occur?: Only happened twice, both with the twins are the killer and me as Kate.
I don't feel logs would be worth this (but I also played another game before reporting the bug so it doesn't matter anyway. Sorry).
