I’m on PS5, but it was a map bug rather than my system.
On the Pale Rose map there are broken boat tiles in the middle of the map that have a tree right at the very end, a killer cannot pass through the gap between the boat and tree, making the survivors able to infinitely loop that area or stay in the gap and just move side to side to you can’t hit them. If they’re downed, they can also stay in the gap and not be able to be picked up.
Load into Pale Rose with the aforementioned tile.
I’ve played the map twice, and it has occurred twice.
