Was this a Cheat?
I just had a Match against a Doctor he would sometimes just stand still for a few seconds after that I could do nothing (Gen progression stopped, stuck in unhook animation could not move.) and my game froze for a few seconds but the sound was still there after that 2 survs (fully healed) just went down right next to eachother that were in completely diffrerent spots on the map before.
The only time he chased me I looped him through a jungle gym after my mates gave up, he hit me from the window while I stood right in front of the pallet. After that I ran to the hook as i tried to unhook he stood still for a few seconds the unhook animation stopped and I could move and he just walked up to me and hit me.
Was that a cheat?

Possibly, but to me it sounds more like extremely bad lag.
