PC - Crash when spectating

When you click spctate - game goes to blank grey screen with endgame collapse timer - does not let you exit.
- Finish all gens
- open gate
- let killer get two hits for points - second one knocks you out of map
- click on spectate
- game will then not let you leave this screen - clicking 'leave' button does nothing. Hear running and huntress lullaby in background. even after end game collapse countdown completes, cannot exit screen. Have to close game fully to get out of this.
