Stuck on the escape screen had to hard reset

Step 1: Escape the game
Step 2: Spectate
Step 3: Everybody escapes before you can properly spectate
Step 4: Stuck on the screen need to hard reset.
Here is a picture that shows what it looked like, when I pressed leave nothing happened. I needed to alt-f4 to leave the game.
