The sounds themselves just need to be slowed a lot and spaced out. The issue is how fast and frequent they are. Maybe someone who is good at editing can make an example.

I hate her stun noises and her lunge noises, she's supposed to be a spirit but those grunts make her sound like she's trying to be a pirate who's constipated.
