Rank may not mean much for casual players but it definitely means a lot to many players that spend their days grinding and putting in the hours to reach goals for themselves and for solo survivors who have a tougher time pipping up and prefer to play within their skill level. I for one could care less about what my killer rank is but I busted my ass off as survivor these past couple weeks, to get back into red ranks before the reset, only to have the new emblem bug de-pipping me like crazy. If you go through with rank reset this month, with the emblem bug still active and de-pipping players, you're just asking for a whole lotta more pissed off players than you already have with this terrible update to the UI.
