Will old rift items return?

I’m asking this because i really like the kate outfit from the last one, and want to know if it’ll come back and if so when?

    It's unclear. What they've said is that they may put rift cosmetics in the store after at least 6 months. In practice, they've put a handful of cosmetics in the store so far, 1 year or so since they appeared in the rift.
