Suggestion: Don't Penalize Queue Ban With Error Code 8012

Why should we be punished for your server having a hiccup? I got DC'd mid-match only to be queue banned because of it, and I know it's not an issue with my internet because I tested my connection with other internet services as soon as I got the error code 8012.
Don't punish us for your servers' issues or Steam's server issues.
