How to get any points from unbroken medal? (noob question warning)

Hi,

I'm new to the game. Could anyone explain how the unbroken medal works? If you hover your mouse over the medal it says that if you die the emblem is based on how long you survive. I found from the internet that it should be 9 minutes to get the silver, but even I just had 30 minute game I get zero on that medal.

I must be really stupid and have missed some obvious point, but could anyone help me with this.

    First of all, hi, welcome to Dead By Daylight.

    Second of all, yes, the Unbroken emblem is currently bugged (wow, shocker)

    Thirdly, you'll be seeing plenty of bugs in this update, it's a pretty bad time for the game rn

    Fourthly(?), glad to have another player in the game, have fun.
