Pallets not working correctly

After the latest update, several friends and I have encountered an issue when you drop a pallet and stun the killer, he gets teleported to your side. Also had a few times it did not stun at all even when dropped right on the killer. I think the pallets may be bugged atm.

have you noticed they have a sort of fuzzy outline around them too? almost like they're constantly shaking.
