I was playing and i saw this in my bloodweb, is this supposed to happen?

U r rank 17 so I assume u don't play the game for a lot of time ,anyway ,probably ur bloodweb it's old? when u up to the next level u see the new items properly. (if not it's a bug)

So i started around august/september 2020, so my bloodweb can't be that old.
