My DLC purchases are gone?

A few days ago I got on DBD and everything was fine, I was able to play my character Cheryl and Pyramid Head. (Silent Hill DLC) Today for some reason, after I started up DBD I noticed Pyramid Head wasn't at the menu screen, so I went and check. Pyramid Head is locked and so is Cheryl, meaning I can't play them even though I purchased the DLC.

I'm on PS4 and i would really appreciate if anyone could help me fix this. Thanks

    Can you check that all updates are done on your PS4 please, that's usually the first thing and the most common cause of these type of things.

    If everything is up -to-date and you still don't have your DLC, you will need to contact Support: https://support.deadbydaylight.com/hc/en-us

    This happened for my demogorgan, it’s normal. They just lock them for bug fixes and even though it’s annoying, it happens. It will go away 1-3 days, but it’s fine.
