De-pip When it says safe-pip

Ive been experiencing this bug since the event started and was wondering if anyone else was experiencing it aswell, when I safe pip according to the score thing but on the rank progression it will say -1 and i will lose a pip. also when ive experienced a DC ive also de piped even when someone else dcs during the loading screen.
Has anyone else been experiencing this?
