I am not sure if this is widely known but when you have A Nurse’s Calling equipped and a Survivor is trying to snap out of insanity, their aura appears.
I have been using The Doctor as of late trying to grind Bloodpoints and thought this was awesome. Sometimes they do not scream when you are close by which is annoying from time to time.

Yah, that was added when they gave him his rework many moons back. I've had Nurses Calling perma-slotted since that day.
it's funny as hell to use it when your using the Railgun Doc build.
