Cannot press "ESC" to lock survivor animations in 4.5.0 Update

Survivors can no longer lock repairing/healing/recovering/opening,etc animations in the 4.5.0 Update.
Previously this was a feature so that players could change their settings without having to stop the game progression. If this will never be fixed please just add this as a feature (perhaps an optional setting to make these animations a toggle rather than a hold
--- overall please resolve this bug/issue, having a toggle animation button, is just more ergonomic and accommodates people who are unable to hold buttons for long periods of time)
