That specific map set (as well as Crotus Prenn Asylum) have been disable temporarily due to several exploits and in-progress bug fixes.

i think bhvr wants to players looks new maps so they do this

The way map offerings work is they add a modifier of 9999 to the map weight. Technically there is a very very very small chance that it fails and another map is picked.
