Screen dims when match with Nurse ends.

So I was playing a round of Dead by Daylight as the Nurse and I blinked right when the match was ending and the edges of my screen went dim. I believe this is a visual bug with the game and I would like to address it to the DbD team and the forum, the bug occurred when I blinked at the end of a match and the Nurse went on cooldown right as the scene switched to the screen seen below.
