Suggestion to make "Furtive Chase" more fun and interesting

Hooking a non obsession gives you a token (the effect of the tokens is the same as before)

when a survivor gets unhooked they become the obsession, when the obsession dies you lose all tokens

This way it would have better synergy with most other obsession perks, AND discourage tunneling.

Thoughts?

    My changes make it more of a combo perk. Perhaps it could have a better token effect too. I'm guessing they didn't want to make the TR decrease all the time because of comboing it with monitor & abuse.
