Backstory: Kit was born in a large mansion in London with a large, rich, family. He was born with ADHD, causing his attention to be staggered, this made him the least loved in the family. Due to his low grades and punishing behavior, he became abused by his father. He slept in the cold attic every night, hiding from his family.
In the attic, he found cloths and needles. He started making dolls, dolls that could be his only friend. He kept weaving and stuffing the dolls until his hands got tired.
One night, his father came up to the attic. He found dolls laying everywhere and his own son making one, his father thought that dolls were only for girls and his son was a boy. He started hitting him hard, yelling out, "You're not a girl! You're a boy! You are a disappointment!". Kit crying, on the ground, knew this wasn't the life he wanted. Kit wanted to be a doll, so he couldn't feel pain, he just wanted to stop feeling pain.
After the incident, he sat in the attic, crying. He looked at the sowing supplies and ran to use them. He wanted to be a doll so he sowed needles and string through his lips. He the sowed cloth around his face, to hide himself. He looked in a broken mirror, seeing himself as a doll. He then looked at a doll, he felt a connection between the doll and himself. He knew he needed revenge so he headed downstairs with an old rusted knife, ready to kill who never loved him.
He stabbed and stabbed and stabbed his family members, no one ran out of the house and no one lived. He locked the doors and barricaded them, nobody knew about the family's death. Kit sat in the living room, bodies surrounding him and dolls sitting with him. He used the skin from his family as dolls. Kit was happy, happy with his life.
Power: Demonic Dolls. “Your soul passes through dolls”
You have the power to switch, place, and use the dolls. These dolls can be placed anywhere. You have maximum capacity of 5 dolls. When you use your power, press a button to be the doll, you can run and leap at players with the doll, but you only have 30 seconds to roam as a doll before running back to the place where you put the doll. When the doll leaps at a player, the will stab them and give them the mangled effect along with there aura being shown for 3 seconds. These dolls can be crushed and put back into your grasp.

Hex: Skull Crusher: “Those who cause trauma will experience trauma”
You have an obsession for a survivor. When you damage the generator the obsession was working on, that generator will be RESET and BLOCKED BY THE ENTITY. The block duration will stay up for a short duration.
Fleet And Flesh: “You will run, but won’t live”
When a survivor gets off the hook, they will have bright red blood for you to see and healing will take longer than usual. When healed, the perk will deactivate until other survivors get hooked.
Abusive Past: “I had a rough past, rough enough for me to show anger”
Your rage causes you to let no one free. When the last gen is finished, you become faster and lunging will be 2x farther. But, pallet drops will cause longer stun.
Survivor: Jace Krame

Backstory:
Jace grew up in London, his father was a reporter and his mother was a secretary of their own little newspaper business. He grew up in a townhouse, with a nice family. He was inspired by his father and his achievements so he became a paperboy for the company.
Later on, he was given a motorcycle for the amount of work he has done over the years, his father was proud and so was his mother! One evening, he drove down to the Garlend Mansion, delivering papers. He threw the paper at the step of the home, adding more papers to the pile on the step. He grew suspicion about why the family hasn’t collected papers in years, so he ran to the side of the house, stepping through and open window.
Once he got in, the outside of the house began blurring up into a dimension of darkness. He knew he wasn’t in London. He walked through the halls, seeing dolls laying all over the ground. Then he saw bodies. He ran to the window but a weird force was holding the window shut. He knew he wasn’t alone...
Perks:
A Little Paperboy Strength: “You have strength after throwing papers nonstop”
When sabotaging a hook, the duration of sabotaging it is way faster. When throwing a pallet down, you create a longer stun duration due to your strength.
Everlasting Achievements: “your wealthy job and lifestyle helps make you stronger”
You know you work better with people. When you unhook a player, both of you and the player will gain a fast run for a short amount of time. No haste will be activated.
Close Call: “Watch your surroundings!”
When being unhooked, you will consume a token. Using the perk power button will use this token to show the killers aura. Only 3 tokens max.
Map: Garlend Mansion

This large mansion used to have a large family, but soon was struck by a killer and his crazy dolls. This mansion is 3 floors high.
1st floor: living room, entrance, etc.
2nd floor: Bedrooms, washrooms, etc,
3rd floor: large attic.
This mansion is large enough for well rounded gameplay!
Well, that’s my concept. I would really appreciate it if you gave feedback in comments! Have a good rest of your day/night!

Killer backstory: Pretty awful. The Hillbilly but not handled as well.
Killer power: Interesting, but not especially unique.
Survivor backstory: I guess it works as a foil, but not a very good one.
Perks in general: You didn't make them scale. You know that perks have three levels, right? It's really hard to give feedback without a clear idea of how these perks function.
Paperboy Strength: Make it one or the other. Both is overpowered.
Everlasting Achievements: Kind of okay, but I can't really judge it without a time limit given. It should be relatively short, because otherwise we could end up with an extra long DH if used in combination with other unhook perks.
Close Call: Pretty good, but encourages losing chases. Also, see above.
Hex: Skull Crusher: The name has nothing to do with the perk. It's too weak to be a hex perk, but too strong to be anything else.
Fleet and Flesh: Encourages tunneling, but otherwise pretty good.
Abusive Past: Awful name. Coup de Grace and NoED fill this role without drawbacks. Should be a hex perk.

I feel like this has potential, but really just needs a tune-up.
