Pyramid Head cant interact with Red Glyph on Hawkins (possibly other maps?)

Description: Found a red glyph on the Hawkin's Laboratory map, Pyramid Head would raise his weapon like he was interacting with it but the action would never complete.
Steps to Reproduce: Play Pyramid Head, get sent to Hawkin's, find red glyph, cant interact with it
How often does it occur: I have only had those circumstances once, so I dont know if it happens more or on other maps

What makes you think it's Pyramid Head related? It's not. It's a general bug.
