Exposed Status Effect not Showing
Was playing a game as survivor. As the last generator was completed, the Killer, a Wraith, hit a survivor at the exact moment the generator popped. A few moments later, the Killer hit me while I was body-blocking for the survivor opening the exit gate and I instantly went down. I didn't have the exposed status effect. However, a curse marker appeared. Sure enough, in the post-lobby, I saw that the Killer had Hex: No One Escapes Death.

Not a bug. You don't know the killer has a hex until the hex's effect is used

When the killer hit the survivor right as the gen popped it might've been timed where technically the survivor got hit right before the hex activated. So they got lucky and got hit before noed actually activated
Noed doesn't get revealed until someone gets hit with it actually being active, so unfortunately you were the one that revealed it to everyone else.
