Spectate Bug

Escape the match and hit 'Spectate'. I am assuming the last person alive escaped as soon as I hit the button and I was left with this screen. I was not able to hit leave or do anything. The EGC timer was still active and went all the way down, still nothing. I had to either force close my game to continue playing or wait until the server became unavailable. I did the latter so I didn't lose any possible progress. When it finally said connection to host lost, the tally screen said I had 0 BP's and a person icon, instead of an escape icon.

Ive also had this bug for the past 2 games, ive had to fully quit dbd and reload.
