Hex undying + hex third seal ticket loss

Sorry this doesn't mimic the template, doing via phone.
When using a killer with both hex undying and hex third seal, a hex totem being broken will remove third seal tickets.
To my understanding undying should allow third seal to keep it's stacks, but currently that is not the case.
