Fatshame spot on Macmillan Estate

I just came across this fatshame spot on MacMillan Estate (Coal Tower I believe). Happened once so far, can't really replicate because of map RNG.
The requested log file was too big to be attached apparently.

If you hit escape, it shows you the name of the map with some numbers. That could help.
