Unobtainable red glyph item.

On the backwater swamp map, specifically the pantry, I found this spot with a “red glyph” that was unobtainable. I tried everything I could think of to grab it but it wouldn’t finish due to it being so high up.
I would post a video as evidence but it won’t let me.
I had selected the tome challenge for the red glyphs so it wasn’t any issue there. The item was just too high for the interaction to be achievable.
