Stuck in Spectator Mode

You'll be stuck in Spectator Mode if you accidentally press "Spectate" on the result screen as the last survivor escapes from the match. In my case the "Leave" button didn't work and i had to run the game again.

    Here's another one. I waited for Endgame Collapse to be completed but I couldn't go back.

    Had the same issue. I started watching as the other survivor just had jumped in the hatch
