Anyone else experienced a crash where a downed survivor crawls to an "inaccessible" location and when you follow them the game freaks and crashes? Just got a matchmaking ban, lost all my BP that I used a survivor pudding to farm, unpiped, and lost out on a 4 kill (the downed survivor was the last one) because of it so I'm wondering if it's a bug I need to keep an eye on to make sure it doesn't happen again.
