(PS4) Can't join brother's lobby and he can't join mine. Why?

So my brother and I are trying to play SWF and every time he sends an invite or I send him an invite, we BOTH receive the same error.

"Accept Invitation Failed, The Invitation Could Not Be Excepted."

We're both on PS4 and have been having this problem for around a week now.

We CAN find a match and play solo, we just can't party up and play together.

Help!
