Can you link steam and console accounts for cross-progression yet?

I remember reading somewhere that there were plans to allow cross-progression between consoles and PC's. I'm curious if these have been implemented yet for the switch or any other console.

    Cross Progression is only for Steam & Stadia right now, and we've confirmed that Switch will join at some stage. That's all we've confirmed about Cross Progression and have not confirmed it's coming for any other platform - as of right now, there's no guarantees that it will be implemented on any other platform other than those I listed.
