New chapter concept: Playtime.

I'm not entirely what to name this chapter but i am going to go with the name "Playtime" as it relates to the killer and partly the survivor.

The killers name is "Isabel" ( I know that the other killers names begin with the but wanted to make it different to the normal style). Isabel is a 5 year old girl, dressed in a Victorian style dress and carries a doll with metal plating the head of the doll which she uses to attack the survivors.

The killer herself is significantly smaller than other killers this will give her an advantage as she will be able to move around slightly unseen, the animation for her walking should be her frolicking/skipping. Then the carrying animation could be her dragging the survivor by their angle , also when she grabs a survivor from a vault, locker, etc she will grab the ankle and drag them. the way decisive strike would work will be that the survivor would throw something at her to make her let go and the struggling animation should be the survivor trying to kick her with there other foot and finally the hooking animation should be her putting the survivor down then dragging them by the neck as she climbs up the hook to put them on slightly slower than other hooking animations. Finally the Mori animation could be her playing with her doll in front of the survivor then she should push the doll to the ground as if it had died then the survivor should look up and finally she would start hitting the survivor over the head with the doll until they die.

Her main ability is called "Hide and seek", when she activates her ability she covers her eyes with her hands while doing this she is able to she aura of all survivors but the drawback is that during her ability she cannot move and once she deactivates her ability she says "Ready or not here i come" which all survivors can hear thus giving them a chance to run (if this seems overpowered i can maybe be nerfed so she sees the aura of only two survivors at a time and has an add on which increases the amount of survivors she can see).

This killer has three perks (fully upgraded):

Peek-a-boo: whenever a survivor slow vaults or gets into a locker slowly within your terror radius be visually notified. Has a cool down of 45 seconds.

Follow the leader: If you walk in the scratch marks of survivors for 3 seconds you walk at 125% your normal speed until you leave the scratch marks ( can be changed from until you leave the scratch marks to: for 4 seconds).

Hex: sweet dreams: when the exit gates are powered a dull totem is transformed into a hex totem. when active the next survivor you hit goes straight into the dying state and when you put them on the hook they are instantly sacrificed.

The survivor is called Jain hunt a preschool teacher from a small town.

This survivor has three perks (fully upgraded):

Tip toe: walking through rooms of napping children taut you a few things about keeping quiet, while in the killers terror radius the sound of you walking/running are reduced by 80%.

hush now: Survivors within a 24 meter radius make 40% less noise for all actions.

Keep quiet: when completing actions that alert the killer they are delayed by 3 seconds.

The map should be like Haddonfield with a preschool located in the centre.

Thank you for reading this.

It has to start with the, no exceptions. Just because you have a special little snowflake killer doesn't mean she can break this cardinal rule. You can't just change something like that. Breaking the format in gameplay can be fun and refreshing, but just having something done differently for the literal only sake of it is that it's different so automatically better is just... incorrect.

No backstory, not even a lackluster one. She's just a murderous little girl who has a doll with metal on it. THAT'S NORMAL! Why would a girl have any reason to become homicidal? Eventually, you need to add something explaining this.

The ability is severely broken, and I don't just mean in an overpowered way.
To starting Survivors, this ability is almost impossible to win against guaranteeing a victory for the killer.
Against experience Survivors, this ability is next to worthless as it does nothing to help against looping or gen rushing, the current largest problems in DBD. Even if you know where they are, they'll just rely on the pallet all the same while the other 3 do gens.
Peek-a-Boo is an eh. it's kind of boring so nobody would ever run it, though I'll be honest it does have it's uses. Though we've progressed past such boring perks, at least I would hope. Though I guess there's never a wrong time to bring one in.
Follow the Leader. Well, the perk is good, as in a strong sense of good. Literally undo chases and loops from the game as you just run extremely fast now? Sign me up. Though I don't see myself liking this as Survivor.
Hex: Sweet Dreams. GREAT, NOED BUT EVEN STRONGER! FANTASTIC! I think NOED is in a good place right now, it really doesn't need to have a twin brother on steroids.

I mean, Adam is already a teacher, though I guess somebody with more of a Teacher aesthetic could be nice. Jain needs a last name though. Again, you can't just break format like that.

Tip-Toe: It's weak it's weak it's weak it's SOOOOOO weak. Unless you're playing with a Killer who has the hearing of an elephant- which, does happen sometimes- it's not very good. Besides, when's the last time you were walking and the killer just knew where you were? When's the last time you were running stealthily against a killer who is good enough to pick up on sounds like that?
Hush Now: 24 meters is pretty big. That's 3 Leaders worth of range, that's ridiculous. Just so you know, the average perk that decreases hearing range decreases it by 8 meters, not a whopping 40%, not to mention those are usually for one action, not all. This perk is one of those things where the numbers are strong but you don't see it doing much, again, unless it's against an immersed killer.
Keep Quiet: Man, another perk based on quietness? Jain might as well be a mute. This perk is confusing. Would it just delay the notification, or the entire UI from displaying it? One way, it's useless, the other way, it's decent I guess.
We literally already have Haddonfield with a pre-school, it's called Badmap Preschool I mean Badham Preschool.
